Refund policy

At Katrina's Glow Co., every gloss is hand-poured in small batches with care. Because of the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final once your order has shipped. 

✨ We do not accept returns or exchanges on lip glosses or other beauty items.

✨Refunds are only issued if your order arrives damaged or defective. (ie. crushed, cracked or leaking upon delivery)

✨We are not responsible for packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier.

 

If your order arrives with an issue:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of deliveryat info@katrinasglowco.com.
2. 2.  Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item(s).
3. We will review and, if approved, issue a refund or replacement
