Shipping policy

At Katrina’s Glow Co., every product is handmade in small batches with love. Please allow us a little time to create, package, and ship your order with care.

💛 Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high‑volume times such as launches or sales, processing may take a little longer.

💋 Shipping Carriers & Delivery:

We ship via trusted carriers (such as USPS) with tracking included. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Once shipped, your order’s tracking link will be emailed to you.

✨We are not responsible for packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier.✨

 

🌸 Shipping Regions:

We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping coming soon!)

 

🎀 Shipping Issues:

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, transit times are beyond our control. Please double‑check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

💫 Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist you.
